Important Dates
The paper submission process is organized in two steps:
- Abstract submission before the conference starts.
- Full Paper submission after the conference for the MIC 2025 Conference Proceedings or the MIC 2025 supporting journals.
Please follow the dates below when submitting and registering for the MIC 2025 conference.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
One registration fee has to be paid per each abstract/paper accepted in the programme.
Participation in the pre-conference events is free of charge for those who registered for the main conference (however, only PhD students will have the opportunity to present their papers in parallel sessions on the pre-conference day).
* PhD students: To be eligible for the reduced registration fee, students must submit the Certificate of Enrolment for the current academic year 2024/2025. The Certificate should be submitted to mic@fm-kp.si.
The fee covers full conference participation and conference materials.
Payment Methods
After the abstract has been accepted for the conference, authors pay the registration fee to register for the conference and for their paper to be published in the MIC 2025Book of Abstracts and (if authors so decide) in the MIC 2025 Conference Proceedings.

Data for the Invoice - Submit Payer Data
To prepare the receipt/invoice, participants must submit the data of the payer of the conference via the online conference system. All participants will be invited to submit the payer details at the time of fee payment.
Cancellation Policy
50% of the paid amount will be held in case of cancellation received until May 15, 2025. In case of cancellation received after May 15, 2025, no refund will be made. All refunds will be made when the Conference ends.
